Sports science in movement

Through my education in sports science, with a focus on anatomy, physiology, and adapted sports science, combined with a decade of experience teaching yoga and other functional movements, I am equipped to assess and optimize movements in sports and physical activities. I design tailored plans aimed at achieving specific goals such as speed, elasticity, explosiveness, balance, mobility, and strength. These plans involve breaking down movements to help athletes better understand their bodies, allowing them to enhance their performance.
