Wildswimming and cold exposure
I am a passionate wildswimmer that make sure I utilize the lake and creeks all year around. Over the course of the year, the water can be experienced in different ways, like cold dips in a hole in the ice mid-winter, a cooling dip in a creek as we go for a hike through the beautiful forest or a long wild swim in the deepest part of the lake with the SUP board in tow.
I offer guided cold exposure with breathwork and shaking.
Hikes with creek baths.
Wild swimming and SUP adventures.

18-19 Hatha Yoga
In this active form of yoga focus lies on exploring balance, strength, mobility and stability in tune with breath. All positions have a purpose and will be modified to cater for all that are attending class. There might be a class theme like a certain body part or movement. Suitable for all levels.
19:15-20:30 Yin yoga
In this passive form of yoga, we teach based on everybody's individual physical possibilities. With support from props and the teacher, the aim is to create an environment so the body and mind can give in to gravity and start working the fascia, organs, skeletal and nervous systems. A form of yoga suitable for all levels, especially great for those who spend a lot of time moving the body and also for the bodies that have lived a long time. Options will always be given for poses not suited to your specific body.
